Corporate Lawyer

He is the company's in-house lawyer and is responsible for the corporate legal area with responsibilities such as elaboration of contracts, follow-ups with investors, compliance, and corporate governance of the company. He has a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Corporate Law. He previously worked for 9 years as a Lawyer in a Law Firm and Public Notary, located in Chihuahua, Mexico where he gained experience in contracts, constitution and corporate governance of companies.
