Crabi is looking for a sales expert that will sell the value of our products & services. In this role, you will be responsible for the follow up of our leads, assure positive relationships between our customers and Crabi, always looking for a sales opportunity in every call and being a Crabi ambassador. Your core KPIs Sales & Conversion Rate.

The Role

We are looking for salespeople results oriented and someone that creates value for our customers by pitching in every call, with excellent communication skills.  The customer acquisition team is responsible for constantly identifying improvement areas and sales opportunities.

Your mission 

Is to serve customers by selling our products & services and meeting customer needs by offering an extraordinary customer experience. Promote our values and purpose in every call.

What you’ll achieve

  • Sell the value of our products and services to everyone who is interested in getting car insurance.
  • Present and promote Crabi to every single lead. (Sales Pitch).
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with our customers always looking for a sales opportunity.
  • Be a Crabi ambassador.
  • Offer the right product & service by meeting customer needs.
  • Be responsible for conversion using our different sales channels. (Phone, chat, whatsapp)
  • Guide the customer during the sales process.

What you’ll need

  • Excellence in sales.
  • Ability to take feedback and apply coaching.
  • Curiosity on how to do things better.
  • Autonomy & drive by objectives.
  • Ability to listen and make effective questions.
  • Ability to learn complex concepts and being able to explain them in a simple and easy way.

  • You´ll be working from Monday to Friday 8 daily hours and on weekend 5 hours.

Nice to have

  • Successful story of been a top performer
  • Basic English.
  • Hubspot (CRM) or any other CRM acquainted.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
